Welcome to the Runathon Global Training Plan. Developed by Runathon Global Technical Team (RGTT), these plans will help guide you to success. These 20-week training plans are specifically geared towards preparing for the Runathon races and are not necessarily intended for other events.

There are four levels of training plans designed to help you whether you are running over five hours or going for a sub-three hour marathon. In addition to the number of days per week, additional information (a weekly mileage range and long run distances) is provided to allow you to select the training plan that best suits you.

How To Use The Marathon Pace Chart

If you have a target marathon finishing time, check the last column and find your target time.

Then check the corresponding pace – this is the average pace you have to run throughout your marathon.
